Payment Policies

  • Advance Payment: Confirm your booking by paying the advance specified in your package through Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, or bank transfer. Guests must cover all associated bank charges.
  • Balance Payment: Settle the remaining balance within the first two days of your arrival.
  • Exchange Rates: All payments are based on live, on-day currency rates and are fixed at the time of booking.
  • No Hidden Fees: We don’t charge extra for postage, booking, or other hidden costs.

Cancellations

Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

  • More than 5 Days Before Tour Start: Enjoy a full refund.
  • 1–5 Days Before Tour Start: A 10% administrative fee applies.

Sri Lanka Tour SL-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In rare cases, cancellations may occur due to unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure). Guests will receive refunds for recoverable costs or a comparable alternative.

Flexible Itineraries

  • By Us: Adjustments, if needed, will maintain the spirit of your original itinerary.
  • By You: We value flexibility and will strive to accommodate your requested changes whenever possible.

Insurance & Health

  • Mandatory Travel Insurance: Every traveler must provide proof of valid insurance before departure.
  • Health Precautions: Consult your doctor about vaccinations and health advice at least a month before your trip.

Behavior Expectations

Respectful behavior ensures an enjoyable experience for everyone. Offensive, unsafe, or damaging actions may result in immediate booking termination without compensation.

Check-In/Check-Out Guidelines

  • Check-In: Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in (6:00 AM–12:00 PM) incurs a 50% room rate charge.
  • Check-Out: Standard check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-outs (up to 6:00 PM) incur a 50% charge, and 100% for departures after 6:00 PM.

Force Majeure

While we aim for perfection, some disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, airline reschedules, political unrest) are beyond our control. In such cases, we’ll do our best to offer alternative solutions.
